1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the Indigo Etna platform at indigoetnaarax.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Indigo Etna (118 Barnard St, Suite 7, Savannah, GA 31401).

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Indigo Etna. By accessing the platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate access to any account or session where we have reason to believe the user is under 18.

3. Nature of the Service — No Gambling

Indigo Etna is a social entertainment platform. The following are explicitly prohibited on this platform and do not occur:

• Real-money wagering of any kind
• Financial deposits or withdrawals
• Real-money prizes or cash equivalents
• Exchange of in-game items for real money

All games are provided for entertainment and social interaction. In-game scores, achievements, and leaderboard positions have no monetary value. Indigo Etna does not operate as a gambling operator under any jurisdiction.

4. Free Access

Core platform access and gameplay are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce optional cosmetic features in the future, but commit to keeping core gameplay permanently free. No purchase is ever required to participate in any fundamental game feature.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or interfere with platform systems
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with games
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other community members
• Misrepresent your age or identity
• Attempt to assign monetary value to in-game items

6. Intellectual Property

All game titles, artwork, software, and content on Indigo Etna — including 25 Points: Hit the Top — are owned by or licensed to Indigo Etna. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Any third-party trademarks referenced on this site are property of their respective owners.

7. Push Notifications

If you opt in to push notifications via the subscribe form, you consent to receive platform updates and news from Indigo Etna via OneSignal. You may unsubscribe at any time via your browser's notification settings or by contacting [email protected].

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Gaming outcomes are determined by defined game logic; we make no representation as to the outcome of any game session.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indigo Etna's total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed fifty US dollars ($50). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Given that no money is wagered on this platform, no financial harm can arise from gameplay outcomes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chatham County, Georgia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be noted by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
